Stavros Panagoulopoulos began his postsecondary education at the College of the Holy Cross, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Philosophy while playing Rugby during his free time. After graduating from this institution in 2005, he went to work at the Civilian Complaint Review Board in New York, investigating complaints of Police Misconduct ranging verbal misconduct to police brutality. From there he went on to study law at Tulane University Law School. He graduated from this institution with his Juris Doctor and obtained his license to practice law in Louisiana.
During law school, Stavros Panagoulopoulos worked as a public defender intern in the New Orleans Public Defender Office. After obtaining his law degree and becoming licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana, he became a partner in Pelican Law Group.
